The three major systems are the Pinamangguan CIP, Taytay-Unggoy CIP, and Talasan CIS.<\/li>\n<li>The potential area of the Pinamangguan systems which comprise of two sub-systems (Sub-system 1 &amp; Sub-system 2) is 80 hectares.<\/li>\n<li>Sub-system 1 will have a service area of 50 hectares. In which 25 hectares will be supplied from the main canal while the other 25 hectares will be supplied through the Lateral A. At present only 15 hectares was being served by the system due to the existing damaged to dam 1. In sub-system 2 the potential service area is 30 hectares. At present only 5 hectares being irrigated due to ineffecient diversion work and leaking makeshift wooden canal.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0At present during dry season, only 20 hectares of riceland will be irrigated in both sub-system 1 and in sub-system 2.<\/li>\n<li>During wet season, same area during dry season is being planted with rice in the two sub-systems; the remaining area which is 60 hectares is planted with corn.<\/li>\n<li>The major source of employment\/job generation of the people in the barangay is the agriculture and rice farming is the major source of income.<\/li>\n<li>Pinamangguan irrigation systems is the rice bowl of the Municpality Kadingilan.<\/li>\n<li>The Baranggay Officers and Irrigators Association Officers are very happy upon knowing that the 2 sub-systems in the Pinamangguan CIP will be improved.<\/li>\n<li>With these interventions, at an average yield of 3.5 MT per hectare and with a cropping intensity of 170%, the rice production in the Pinamangguan 2 sub-systems will increase by 336.0 MT annually (476.0-140 MT), at Php 17,000 per MT equivalent to Php 5,712,000.00. It will also provide an additional farm labor force or employment of about 5,760 man-days ( 136\u201340) x 60 per year.
