This proposal was made due to identified need of the local farmers to improved the production of corn in the area and improved quality. The construction of warehouse will increase the quality of the produced and maximise profit and viability of the AAAD subproject the Corn Production Processing and Marketing. In totality, this will provide farmers access to Post Harvest Facility not only for Corn but also with other commodities. Most of the farmers use \u201ctrapal\u201d for drying their corn. When the weather is bad, corn farmers are forced to market their corn in cobs to the traders to minimize losses. In the absence of linkages to the market and the prevailing high cost of transportation, farmers dispose their produce to middlemen. This proposal was made due to identified need of the local farmers to aid and improved the production of corn in the area.
