Description

Sapad is a 5th‑class municipality in Lanao del Norte, part of Northern Mindanao, Philippines. Established on June 21, 1969 via RA 5745, it spans 140.03 km² of mostly highland terrain and had 22,974 inhabitants in 2020.

Demographics:
Population density is about 164 people per km² .

The primary languages are Maranao, Cebuano, Binukid, and Tagalog; residents are predominantly Muslim with indigenous communities
